National Recognition for Greenhills LCA Students
Recently, two former LCA students of Our Lady’s College, Greenhills were presented with the Leaving Cert Applied National Award (otherwise known as the LCANA Fergal Quinn award) at the annual awards ceremony in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel in Athlone.
The award is presented to LCA students in Ireland who achieve the highest results. Accompanied by their teacher, Anne Savage, students Aoife O’ Gorman and Emily Rodgers proudly accepted the award reflecting their hard work and commitment over the two-year programme.
Greenhills LCA coordinator, Mary Hennessy expressed her pride in the girls’ wonderful achievement and all in Greenhills wish them continued success in their studies.
