Developing Photography in Greenhills

Budding photographers in Our Lady’s College are getting to grips with reportage and documentary photography as they hone their skills working with natural and studio light and learning the art of composition in the school’s growing Photography Club.

Established last year, the club has grown a lot and continues to attract new members eager to develop their camera skills. Recognising the creative potential of the club, the school has invested in 3 Canon DSLR cameras and a laptop for editing. Fund raising for the refurbishment of a room repurposed as a studio is ongoing and the club led by teacher Yvonne Fagan is very grateful for the generous support of Drogheda Credit Union which recently donated 500 euro in support of the club’s work.
